    • Clearance or final sale items.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      4. Damaged or Defective Products<\/h2>

      If your order arrives damaged or defective:<\/p>

      • Please contact us within 48 hours<\/strong> of delivery.<\/p><\/li>

      • Include clear photos or videos showing the issue.<\/p><\/li>

      • Woodmark will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost if damage is confirmed to be factory-related or caused during shipping.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
