At Woodmark, we are committed to delivering high-quality drones, accessories, and services to our customers promptly and securely. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle delivery for both domestic and international orders.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to:
Domestic (Mainland China): Nationwide coverage via trusted logistics providers (SF Express, JD Logistics, etc.)
International: Available for selected regions. Please contact customer service for a list of eligible countries and shipping rates.
2. Order Processing Time
In-stock items: Processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Customized or backordered items: May take 3–10 business days to process. Customers will be notified of delays.
Weekends & holidays: Orders placed on non-working days are processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Fees
Standard shipping: Rates calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and service level.
Free shipping: Available for qualifying orders (e.g., orders over a certain amount, local delivery promos).
Bulk orders / TOB clients: Custom shipping terms available through B2B contracts or negotiation.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email or account dashboard. You can use this number to track your parcel on the carrier's website.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders)
All international shipments may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or brokerage fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
Woodmark will provide necessary shipping and customs documentation but is not liable for delays or charges caused by customs authorities.
7. Shipping Restrictions
Some drone models may be restricted in certain regions due to local laws or battery regulations.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
For large lithium battery shipments, special handling and extended lead time may apply.
8. Delivery Issues
If your order is:
Delayed: Please check your tracking number first, then contact our support team if necessary.
Lost or not delivered: Contact us within 10 business days of the expected delivery date.
Damaged during transit: Report the issue within 48 hours, with photos of the damaged packaging and product.
