All return and refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
The item must be unused, unactivated, and in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.

Drones that have been activated or show flight records.

4. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Woodmark will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost if damage is confirmed to be factory-related or caused during shipping.
5. Return Process

Paid by customer for non-defective returns.
