1. General Conditions

This policy applies to both individual and business customers. By placing an order with Woodmark, you agree to the following terms:

  • All return and refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, unactivated, and in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.

  • A valid purchase receipt or order confirmation must be provided.

  • Woodmark reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving any refund or exchange.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Drones that have been activated or show flight records.

  • Products with physical damage caused by misuse.

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing components.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  • Woodmark will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost if damage is confirmed to be factory-related or caused during shipping.

5. Return Process

  2. Receive return authorization from our support team.

  3. Ship the product to the return address provided. Return shipping costs are:

    • Paid by customer for non-defective returns.

    • Paid by Woodmark for defective/damaged items or shipping errors.

  4. Inspection & processing: Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
